These are the B & Z industrial pipe / industrial rustic pipe shelf accessories / components / parts / fittings. This industrial style, heavy-duty iron rustic pipe shelf brackets and components are made from black malleable iron pipe and pipe fittings. This is a high-quality product, not one of the cheap alternatives.

All fittings and pipes are available in 3 diameter pipe thicknesses. The pipes are very thick and strong. The pipe screw is standard (NPT – National Pipe Thread). The hardware is all brand new and high-quality iron.

NOTE: Inches refer to the NPT/BST standard of pipe (internal diameter) and mm shows the outer external diameter.

DISPATCH & SHIPPING

All items are shipped as quickly as possible. If there is a delay in dispatch, we will contact you immediately. Some items are custom orders and may need to be ordered.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We aim to dispatch the item within 24 hours of payment clearing. All items dispatched to the UK are sent via tracked delivery and require a signature on receipt. Dispatch times may vary, but we will ship as soon as physically possible.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide via tracked and signed delivery. International items are shipped via courier or Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed depending on size and weight. All items are fully traceable and any customs or import fees are to be paid by the importer.

TERMS OF SALE

We offer a 100% no questions refund. If you are not happy with your purchase, inform us within 30 days of receiving the item. This does not affect your statutory rights.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

1. Find the item in your Purchase History.
2. Select "return this item" from the more actions dropdown menu.
3. You will be directed either to the returns process or to contact the seller.

RETURN PROCESS

1. Select the reason for your return and drop-off location (Collect+ or post office).
2. Print the provided return postage label. Postage charges are paid using PayPal.
3. Package the item carefully and apply the package label.
4. Send the item back to the seller.

Please return the item as you received it, with all tags attached in the same condition.
