At B & Z Traders, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receiving your item.
�️ Eligibility for Returns
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The item must be in resalable condition
- Returns must be made within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item appears to be used, damaged, or not in its original condition.
� Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Items that are used, damaged, or altered
- Items returned without original packaging
- Customised or personalised items
- Clearance or sale items (if clearly marked as final sale)
� Return Process
- Contact us with your order number at support@bandztraders.com within 14 days of receiving your item to request a return.
- We will provide you with a return address and instructions.
- Return the item in its original, unused condition. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
� Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- We will notify you via email when your return is received and refund issued
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
� Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will cover return postage and arrange a replacement or full refund.
