Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Delivery times vary by location. Please see below for estimated delivery timeframes:

Restricted Postcodes & Remote Areas
Please note your product order is more than 600mm than certain postcode areas may be subject to different shipping terms or additional charges. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Northern Ireland (BT postcodes)
- Scottish Highlands (IV, HS, KW, PA, PH, ZE)
- Isle of Man (IM), Isles of Scilly (TR21–TR25)
- Channel Islands (JE, GY)
- International Locations

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
B & Z Traders Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
B & Z Traders Ltd is not liable for any products damaged parcels accepted, if received by mistake please contact us within 24hrs of receipt with the parcel pictures
International Shipping Policy
We can ship to most countries in Europe. If you would like to place an order from outside the UK or EU, please contact us directly for a custom shipping quote.
