Heavy Duty Brackets for Heavy Duty Wall Mounted Clothes Rails Brackets Our heavy duty wall mounted rails are supplied with two heavy duty wall mounted brackets as standard. However, depending on the weight of clothes hanging on the rail, it can be advisable to fit an extra bracket. In particular, the 6 foot and 8 foot wall mounted rails may benefit from an additional bracket in the center. These heavy duty brackets come in matched colour finishes. (Note that we do not supply screws as there are too many different types of walls to which these brackets are attached)

DISPATCH & SHIPPING
All items are shipped as quickly as possible if there is going to be a delay in dispatch we will contact you immediately to inform you. Please note, we do try to stock all items, but some are custom orders and may need to be ordered. If there will be a delay in dispatch you will be immediately informed.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We aim to dispatch the item within 24 hours of payment clearing; all items dispatched to the UK are sent via a tracked delivery and require a signature on receipt. Please be aware that dispatch times will vary but we will dispatch the item as soon as is physically possible.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do shipping worldwide, all items are shipped via a tracked signed for delivery, International items are shipped via courier or Royal Mail International Tracked an Signed for Service depending on size and weight; all items are fully traceable and can be tracked online. Any customs or import fees are to be paid by the importer.
TERMS OF SALE
We offer a 100% no questions refund. If you are not happy with your purchase simply inform me within 30 days of receiving the item. This does not affect your statutory rights.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
1. Find the item in your Purchase History.
2. Select return this item from the more actions drop down menu on the right.
3. Depending on the item you've purchased, you'll automatically be directed to either the returns process or to contact the seller.
RETURNS PROCESS
1. Select the reason you're returning the item and where you'd like to drop-off your return (your choice of Collect+ or post office locations).
2. Print the provided return postage label. Any postage charges are paid using PayPal.
3. Package the item carefully and apply the package label.
4. Send the item back to the seller.
Please return the item as you received it, with all tags attached in the same condition as you received it.

We prefer payment via PayPal, cheques, Bank Transfer/Faster Payment postal orders or banker’s drafts. We do not accept cheques from outside of the UK.
