DISPATCH & SHIPPING
All items are shipped as quickly as possible, if there is going to be a delay in dispatch we will contact you immediately to inform you. Please note, we do try to stock all items, but some are custom orders and may need to be ordered. If there will be a delay in dispatch you will be immediately informed.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We aim to dispatch the item within 24 hours of payment clearing; all items dispatched to the UK are sent via a tracked delivery and require a signature on receipt. Please be aware that dispatch times will vary but we will dispatch the item as soon as is physically possible.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do shipping worldwide, all items are shipped via a tracked signed for delivery, International items are shipped via courier or Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed for Service depending on size and weight; all items are fully traceable and can be tracked online. Any customs or import fees are to be paid by the importer.
TERMS OF SALE
We offer a 100% no questions refund. If you are not happy with your purchase simply inform me within 30 days of receiving the item. This does not affect your statutory rights.
